Removal/Pick-Up: By appointment only on TBA. Winning Bidders will receive emailed invoices with a link to make an appointment. The location will be listed for each auction and will be provided in the email and invoice.
Payment: Winning Bidders are charged within 24 hours of an auction closing. Double-check your emailed invoice to make sure it is paid; if a balance is due please follow the link to pay PRIOR to making an Appointment for Pick-Up. For larger purchases ONLY, we will accept Certified/Cashier’s Checks (like for our Monthly Vehicle Auctions) be sure to let us know if this is how you intend to pay.
Tax Exemption: *All Forms must be sent to us BEFORE an Auction Closes!* If you are tax exempt be sure your account/registration contains your Company Name, and do not forget to send us your form(s) PRIOR to the close of an auction; We are unfortunately unable to issue a refund of sales tax. If we do not have this form before an auction closes you will be charged tax! Per NYS, we can no longer keep these forms “On-File” and must have a new Single-Use Certificate for EACH Auction. If you need a form, please click on the documents tab.
Helpful Terms:
Maximum Bid- This is the MOST you are willing to pay for an item (before Buyer’s Premium/Tax); It is your Best Bid. The site uses this Max Bid to automatically bid (up to your Max) against others that are bidding on the same item. This allows you to place all your bids in advance if you are unable to or do not wish to watch the Lots as they close.
Specific Bid- Be careful with this feature- it is NOT the same thing as a Max Bid. Placing a Specific Bid will “Jump” the current bid to the amount you chose.
Soft/Extended Close- As a lot is closing, if a bid is placed in the Final 2 Minutes, the closing time will restart the countdown from 2 Minutes. This is to prevent “Bid Sniping” and will allow someone who is outbid a chance at rebuttal.
Lots-Per-Minute/Staggered Lots- Lots in our auction will not all close simultaneously at the listed end time. Instead, they will begin to close at a rate of "x" (usually 3 or 4) lots per minute, depending on how many lots are in the auction (Vehicle Auctions will close at a rate of 1 lot per 2 minutes). This means the first "x" (usually 3 or 4) lots will end at the closing time, but the next "x" (usually 3 or 4) will close the minute after, and so on. The closing time for each lot can be seen counting down, at all times. We always try to make sure an auction will be complete within 2 hours of the initial closing time.

2019 Homemade Food Trailer - Subject To Approval
VIN: NY75243

Trailer was completely remodeled in 2018 and Re-VIN by NYS in 2019. Most likely was Re-VIN due to trailer coming from out of state and not having a VIN or other Identification on it. Trailer itself may be older than 2018. 8' W x 12'3" L (add 48" for hitch) x 100" H (add 21" for exhaust fan). Unit needs to be run off generator; generator is NOT included.
Equipment includes:

  • 40-gallon freshwater tank
  • 48-gallon gray water tank
  • 4- 20lb propane tanks, can hold four 40lb tanks.
  • Shurflo Water pump
  • Stainless Steel 3-bay sink 
  • Wall mounted potato cutter
  • Misc cooking utensils and pans.
  • Avantco 36” flat top propane griddle
  • 40lb Fryer – Fry Master - Propane
  • Hand wash sink
  • 2.5 Gal. Electric Point-of-Use Water Heater
  • Commercial under counter frost silver refrigerator
  • High Speed Direct Drive Exhaust Fan w/ Var. Speed Control
  • 12 pan refrigerated sandwich prep table with cutting board
  • 100 AMP breaker box
  • Red/White skirt for around the trailer- some button snaps will need to be replaced 
  • 3 Service windows that can all be opened or left closed, back window on hydraulic pumps for easy opening and closing
  • exterior also has a small display case for menu items

Front:
  • Seems to be in good condition, wrap possibly hiding any imperfections 
Driver Side:
  • Small crack in fiberglass above service window (see pictures)
  • small crack on lower side by service window, well hidden by wrap
Rear:
  • crack on lower left side 
  • scrapes and scratches on wrap 
Passenger Side:
  • Scrapes and scratches
Interior:
  • Floor slightly bubbling by fryer
  • ceiling trim/panels slightly warped
