Your credit card on file will be charged when your items are prepared for shipping unless you make arrangements for alternant payment prior to shipping. Tracking Numbers on your invoice will not become active until the balance is paid in full and your packages have been released to the carrier. Once you have paid you will bring the paperwork and vehicle to your choice of DMV or DMV service provider to get your title taken care of. Withdrawing items from auction Blizzard LLC can withdraw any items, at any point during the auction and shall not, in any event, be liable for non-delivery, or any other liability associated with withdrawing whether such non delivery or withdraw results from seller's decision to withdraw the goods from the sale or for other reasons. In the case of non-delivery or withdrawal where payment has already been made, Blizzard LLC will return the purchaser's deposit or payment on the nondelivered withdrawn lot should the purchaser be entitled to it.
