Due to continuing health issues, I have rented out the farm land, therefore I have commissioned Art Smith Auctioneers to conduct a Live Public Auction here on the farm to sell the tractors, farm equipment, ATV and many farm primitive from past generations. NOTE: The farm has been in the family for over 70 years. Dan was born and raised here and a lifelong area resident. He worked as a truck mechanic for over 30 years and also worked the home place here on Gooding St. Tractors & equipment have been housed and well maintained. Many items from over 70 years here on the farm. ATV was purchased new just two years ago with only 108 miles. There are items from the neighbors. Make plans to be just North of Conklin on Sat. Oct. 2 @ 10:00AM for the start of this country farm Auction.
