NO SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE! - This is an onsite Estate Sale Auction Site in the near South Valley on TUESDAY, JULY 27th ONLY! - if you cannot make an appointment to pick-up on that date & at that location, please do not bid. ALL BIDDING IS done online.
One 2-hour live preview for this auction Sunday July 25th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The physical address is 839 La Vega Court SW, Albuquerque NM 87105. The location is occupied and has security in place - do not attempt to visit outside of the times of the open preview or your pick-up appointment.
PICKUP APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED! - The onsite location is small with limited parking available. Please bring bags, boxes and containers for your items. Bring help to load items as help will not be available. Visit https://www.roadrunnerauctions.com to schedule your pick-up appointment for Tuesday, July 27th between10:00am & 6:00pm only - NO LOTS WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO OUR MAIN LOCATION FOR LATER PICK-UP! Appointments allow us to get your items ready for you prior to pick-up and you will be in and out as quickly as possible. Worn masks are required for people that have not received their COVID-19 vaccines. Buyers not picking up their lots will be barred from bidding at future auctions.
FIRST LOT ENDS at 6:00pm with subsequent lots ending every 10 seconds. If a lot receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending, the closing time for that lot will be extended 2 minutes for each bid received until no other bids are made.
WE ARE REQUIRED to collect sales taxes. If you have a valid NTTC (Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate), bring it with you when you pick up your items and we will enter your information into your customer record.
