* The auctioneer reserve the right to reject any bid at his/her sole discretion.

*10 % Buyer's premium rate charged, to a Maximum of $800.00 per item
* When using Creditcard there will be a 3% Fee Charged
* We accept Cash, debit , E-transfer, Certified Cheque and Credit Card.
* All purchases must be settled for in full on sale day or within 1 day after the sale. All internet buyers will receive an invoice regarding their purchases. The creditcard on file will be charged for the amount owing on the Friday after the sale.
* When the internet buyers have not made arrangements for pick-up after 7 days. Auction Place will have the right to sell the item again and proceeds will go to Auction Place Ltd, to cover storage and handling
* All purchases must be picked up within 48 hours after sale day.
*If the buyer wants us to ship it, there will be a minimum $20.-/Box Handeling Fee applicable.
* Buyers is responsible for shipping Cost and Handeling Fee. Auction Place ltd. is not responsible for any damages during shipping.
