Registering to bid and bidding constitutes your acceptance of all below terms and conditions. No exceptions. This is an absolute auction. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Items were not checked to be in working condition. Purchaser is buying with “All Faults” and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. If you are the high bidder, you agree to pay for in full (including buyer’s premium, shipping and taxes where applicable) and pick up the items of which you were the high bidder.
Internet Premium: 18%
Sales Tax: No PA Sales tax.
Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required to register on Proxibid for approval.
Payment: Credit Card payment only, all major credit cards accepted. Credit Cards will be charged immediately following closing of auction. Shipping and packing fees will be a separate charge.

NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION. Pick-up only within the designated pick-up window.

Special Terms: For pick-up only within the designated pick up times, you must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items must be picked up at the scheduled removal time and location -NO Exceptions. All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location.
If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears.
The auction is being conducted online based in Pennsylvania. These Terms and Conditions are entered into in PA regardless of the physical location of the bidder, the seller or the Auctioneer. All property is offered for sale in PA and will be knocked down based on the home base of PA. Each bidder has made a willing and knowing election to participate in the Auction, and to engage in the transactions arising from and/or related to the auction based in Pennsylvania.
Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers. This is a No Reserve Auction.
