Payments for purchases will be made to JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and thebuyer is fully and solely responsible for all activites that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Large items such as furniture, ect., will be sold on a "pick up" basis only. Small items may be shipped at buyer's cost. Some items Jon Witvoet Auctioneer may ship, but most will be shipped by a professional shipper. A certain date and a window of time to pick up your items for each auction will be given. Each buyer must bring packing items and do your own packing. Jon Witvoet Auctioneer will not furnish euqipment to load items. No abandonment of purchaseditems is allowed. Purcharser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abondoned items. If you canoot pick up your purchases by the date and time frame set, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a differnt date and time. You can place your highest bid and thesystem will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you intheincrements until you run outof money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to defray thecost of making these items available to you to bid from your own home and on your time frame. If we have habitual problems with any buyer, they will be barred from future auctions.
