Full payment is required within 5 business days of the invoice date. Accepted payment is Cash, Credit or E-Transfer. Visa/MasterCard purchases are limited up to $5,000. If more than $5,000, wire transfer should be used. Call us at {XXX-XXX-XXXX} if you are paying with your credit card or sending a wire transfer. Full payment must be made and properly honoured before any auction item will be released to buyer. The Bidder, grants the Auction Company a standing authorization to charge the Bidders credit card after 5 business days of the invoice date for any and all costs, fees, buyers premiums, storage disposal fees as well as for any other costs, charges and/or fees incurred. We charge a $100 processing fee for processing credit card chargebacks that are ultimately reversed in our favour. Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honouring them. If you cannot satisfy these terms, please do not bid. Removal: Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of The Buyer at the time of sale and The Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises. The date by which all merchandise must be removed from the premises is posted on an auction-by-auction basis, on the specific auction page. After the final removal date, there will be a $5.00 per day, per item storage fee charged to The Buyer up to ten days. If merchandise is not removed within fifteen days after the final removal date, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the original Owner/Seller and the Owner/Seller may dispose of the item at their discretion. Pick up will be Tuesday, June 22 from 10 - 2 p.m. and Saturday, June 26 from noon - 2 p.m. Please call us at 705.346.2510 to arrange payment and pick up time. Everyone must have a pick-up time and you must have a reservation. You will NOT be able to pick up items without a prearranged pick up time. NOTE: Due to the current lock down order in effect from the provincial government, if you would like to pick up the item, but are not comfortable picking up during this time AND if the invoice is paid for, WE WILL HOLD IT FOR YOU, until the lock down is complete and we can arrange a suitable pick up time. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION on most items, except large or heavy items as noted in the description of certain lots of the auction. Please be mindful of the lots as you bid. We ship within Canada and the US only. All shipping inquiries must be sent to cottagecountryauctions@gmail.com. Bidder pays Canada Post plus a handling & packaging fee for your entire purchase, not per lot. If your total purchase is less than $50, the handling fee is $10. If your purchase is over $50, the handling fee will be $15. Canada Post, as well as Cottage Country Auctions will not guarantee the delivery of fragile items. We will not reimburse for items that have been damaged en route by the shipping company. Shipping is done at your own risk although we do strive to ship with care and safe packaging. We ship to the address on your Hibid registration. Please be sure this is a valid address or a $20 fee will be charged for items returned from Canada Post for incorrect address. All customs and declaration is solely the responsibility of the winning bidder. We ship only within Canada and the US. Our handling fee covers the cost of the following: -Transport of Auction Items from Auction Location (when applicable) -Packaging Materials -Labour packaging fees -Transport to Shipping Company (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc). We reserve the right to decide what can be shipped due to size and weight restrictions, fragility and value, etc. We will not ship any items containing liquids. We do not ship or deliver furniture. We will not ship items weighing over 50 lbs. We are an auction company first and offer shipping as a value-added service. If paying cash you must have EXACT amount as we do not make change.
