Cash, Check and Credit Card (4% user fee on all credit cards). "NO BUYERS PREMIUM". No out of state checks accepted without prior approval from Estate of Ivan Leon Walters and/or Ea Auctioneers & Auctions. Estate will pay for transfer on all firearms. The Buyer will be required to pay for firearms at auction and then get background check at Kinser's Firearms. Once approved background check is gotten buyer can then pickup firearms purchased. Non-resident of Tennessee will not be ABLE TO PICK UP firearms the day of auction, but will be required to pay for firearms and go through Kinzer's Firearms to have ownership of firearm(s) properly transferred to their state of residence. Additional terms and conditions will be announced day of auction.
