There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.
All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.
You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions.
PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE DAY FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF AUCTION. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged at 4:00 PM on the last scheduled pickup day of each auction unless other payment arrangements have been made.
Payment Types: Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, Wire Transfer.
All buyers must have a paid receipt from In Pallets We Trust at the time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time.
In Pallets We Trust is not responsible for preview or removal.
NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED.
All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.
In Pallets We Trust reserves the right to end an auction early to sell to a local buyer.
Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal In Pallets We Trust is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.
Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions
All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by In Pallets We Trust.

Our items include toys, appliances, tubs, sink vanities, and even the occasional collector's item. In addition to this auction you can find quality items in our store at the Provo Towne Center Mall. We hope this auction can be another means of reaching even more people looking for a good deal.
