TERMS AND CONDITIONS- JEMS, Inc. DBA: Auction House 360
Bidders and Registration: All bidders must be 18 years of age in order to bid and provide a valid driver's license at the time of pick up. You must provide a complete and accurate profile at the time of registration. Auction House 360 may refuse to accept the registration of any buyer for any reason.
Auction Lots: Auction House 360 shall not be responsible for the authenticity or defect in any lot(s). All items are being sold AS IS WHERE IS. There are no warranties or guarantees on any items sold. Occasionally Auction House 360 may have to remove an item after bidding begins. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This will not happen often and only if unavoidable. Auction House 360. does our best to accurately describe and photograph all items. The descriptions and photos should not be considered a warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. All measurements are approximations. Minimum prices are placed on most items.
Payment: After the auction ends you will receive a settlement statement from Auction House 360. Your credit card on file will be charged for the total amount due. If Auction House 360 is not able to charge your credit card, you will receive an invoice from Square for the amount owed. Please promptly pay this invoice within 2 days after receiving your invoice.

The credit card you have on file with HiBid will be charged.
Failure to Comply: Anyone who fails to comply with our Terms and Conditions will be banned from future Auction House 360 auctions and reported to High Bid.
Auction House 360 charges a 13% buyers premium on all items.
Auction House charges sales taxes of 5.13%. If you are tax exempt you should email a copy of your resale license to stacy@hjelmstad.us, prior to bidding.
