Medina, OH 44256 (approx. 6 miles East of Medina on Medina Rd./Rt. 18, then North 1 mile on Beach Rd.) Off road parking, weather permitting. Selling in 2 rings. Sale Order: 1st crew will start at 9 AM on hand tools over the auction block. 2nd crew will start at 9:15 on misc. household box lots, then furniture in the house. Airstream, Buick Car, Tractor, and equipment pieces sell at 11:00 AM followed by Rocks and Lapidary Equipment at approx. 11:30.
Other updates: Field parking available to the north of the buildings...follow signs on sale day. No parking in front yard, please. We were unable to line up a food vendor for this auction, so bring your own food and beverages if you think you'll need it. Auction should be wrapped up by 1:00 PM.
