DATE OF SALE: To begin Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 12:00 PM and conclude on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 5:00 PM. Lots will have a staggered and soft close.

BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 15% buyer's premium added to all bids and included in the total purchase price of ALL items.
PICKUP & PAYMENT:
Pickup will be scheduled by appointment only to stay within CDC guidelines. Pickup will occur Tuesday, June 1, 2021 between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM & Wednesday June 2, 2021 between 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM. (timeframe subject to change at the auctioneer's discretion). Once your appt has been secured with the Auction company, you will be responsible for packing materials/boxes and additional labor for large items. Small items will be brought out to the buyer by a member of the auction team. Property is located in Lexington, KY 40515.
Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the TIME OF PICKUP. You will have an option of PAYING YOUR INVOICE ONLINE via Square Invoice. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions. All items must be paid in full before they can be removed from the property.
SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax.
FIREARMS: Purchaser's of Rifles must be a 18 year old resident of Kentucky. We accept ONLY cash or check for payments of firearms. Must show copy of ID at pickup.
AUCTION END TIMES: Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions are timed events and bidding will close at staggered time intervals. Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of the auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction scheduled to close at 4:00 PM receives a bid at 3:59, the close will automatically extend to 4:02 PM. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame.
