Terms of Sale: All bidders must register and receive a bidder’s number prior to the sale. Proper identification is required. All payments must be cash or check – a 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the purchase price on all items. Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be collected on all purchases. Sales tax exemption must be presented at registration to qualify for any exemption. No purchases may be removed until Paid in full. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All Sales are final. All items must be removed sale day. The condition and description of each item is a guide for advertising only. Bidders should satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality and description of all the items before bidding. Sellers and Auctioneers make no guarantees or warranties, actual or implied. All items in this auction are being sold “AS-IS” and with all faults. In the event of a discrepancy between bidders, the decision of the Auctioneer is final. Bidding increments are determined solely by the Auctioneer. By registering to bid at the auction, bidder acknowledges that he/she has received, read and understand these terms of sale and agree comply with and be bound by them. All announcements sale day take precedence over advertisements.
