Hawley Auctions' online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times detailed in each lot. SOFT CLOSE: Hawley Auctions online auctions have an auto extend feature, such that if a bid is placed during the final 2 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will automatically extend for an additional 2 minutes from the time that bid was placed. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a two-minute time frame. Lots will close every 20 seconds, one after the other in numerical order, unless the auto extend feature kicks in. PAYMENT: We will process your winning bids on the card you registered with immediately following the auction close (after Soft Close completes for all lots). You must register for the auction with the credit card that you intend to pay with. You CANNOT update your credit card in the system after the auction has ended. Nothing is to be removed until paid for. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. Buyer and Auctioneers agree that merchandise may remain on the auction premises for a specific period of time following the auction. All merchandise must be removed from the premises by the end of posted pick-up dates. 5. RESALE: Auctioneers reserve the right to resell or dispose of any property that is not paid for in full by the end of posted pick-up dates. The Buyer shall be responsible to Auctioneers for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. 6. INJURY & DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and/or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself and/or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. 7. ABANDONMENT. Items are considered abandoned if not picked up by the end of Pick Up Dates as posted in the Auction Details. 8. By signing up for this auction you give Hawley Auctions permission to add your name to their mailing list. You do have the ability to unsubscribe at any time. These Terms and Conditions, and all questions with respect to the interpretation of these conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law's provisions. All bidders expressly consent to personal and exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Wisconsin located in Dane County.
