The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. The liability of AAA Auction Service, Inc. to any buyer in regard to any item shall not exceed the purchae price actually paid by such buyer. In this event, bidder agrees that (a) all such packaging, handling and shipping is at sole risk of the purchaser and that auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items, and (b) purchaser shall pay all charges in advance of item being shipped. The bidder will pay all postage or freight costs, plus an appropriate handling fee to account for time & materials.
