This is going to be an Offsite Self Storage Unit WHOLE UNIT Auction located at East Central Self Storage On Central . Buyers Premium is 15% Cash Or Credit plus NM state sales tax . These Are WHOLE UNITS you are buying you are responsible for full cleanouts Ground Rules For Auction Are As Follows 1. Cash Or Credit Payment must be paid thru Duke City Auctions @ 2801 Broadbent Suite B. Office. We will be open from 9am-3pm on Friday for payment collections. After you pay here you will recieve a printed receipt to take to the facility for pickup . Payment must be made to Duke City Auctions before going to East Central Self Storage Office . PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP AT EAST CENTRAL STORAGE YOU MUST PAY AT DUKE CITY AUCTIONS OFFICE FIRST. When You arrive to East Central Storage you will pay a $50 Dollar CASH cleaning deposit on EACH unit you purchase & you will then receive a gate code from them to gain access to empty units. 2. All contents must be removed between 10am & 5pm On Friday & Saturday. If you do not clean them out fully in time you will be overlocked and charged a $10 dollar per day fee 3. Again Each unit will have a refundable $50 CASH Cleaning deposit that you will give to management when you goto East Central Self Storage to get your gate code . Once you leave the unit broom clean you will go to the office to have them verify its cleaned and you will receive your $50 dollars back . If u bail on a unit you surrender your $50 deposit and will be permanently banned from all the auctions . This Auction is a soft close auction scheduled for Thursday April 15th 2021 . First lot closes at 6pm mountain time with a 30 second gap between lots . during the last 2 minutes if ANY bid is made including your own bid it will extend timer 2 more minutes upto 4 minutes total NO RESERVES - All UNITS start at $5 NO DUMPSTER USE AT FACILITY INTERNET BIDDERS PLEASE READ THIS!!!!
