Full payment is required within 5 business days of the invoice date. Accepted payment is Cash, Credit or E-Transfer. Visa/MasterCard purchases are limited up to $5,000. If more than $5,000, wire transfer should be used. Call us at {XXX-XXX-XXXX} if you are paying with your credit card or sending a wire transfer. Full payment must be made and properly honoured before any auction item will be released to buyer. The Bidder, grants the Auction Company a standing authorization to charge the Bidders credit card after 5 business days of the invoice date for any and all costs, fees, buyers premiums, storage disposal fees as well as for any other costs, charges and/or fees incurred. We charge a $100 processing fee for processing credit card chargebacks that are ultimately reversed in our favour. Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honouring them. If you cannot satisfy these terms, please do not bid. Removal: Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of The Buyer at the time of sale and The Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises. The date by which all merchandise must be removed from the premises is posted on an auction-by-auction basis, on the specific auction page. After the final removal date, there will be a $5.00 per day, per item storage fee charged to The Buyer up to ten days. If merchandise is not removed within fifteen days after the final removal date, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the original Owner/Seller and the Owner/Seller may dispose of the item at their discretion. Kitschy, Retro, Vintage and some Antique items for the collector and quality reseller. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION on most items. Bidder pays Canada Post Insured Postage plus a minimum $15 handling & packaging fee. Please indicate IN ADVANCE if you require shipping. Pick up will be Tuesday, April 13 and Wednesday, April 14 from 10 - 3 p.m. Please call us at 705.346.2179 to arrange payment and pick up time. Everyone must have a pick up time and you must have a reservation. You will NOT be able to pick up items without a prearranged pick up time. This will be a contactless pickup and you MUST be here at your scheduled time...no exceptions. You must supply your own packing materials. We do not have any extra packing materials. All boxes and flats are the property of Cottage Country Auctions. We accept Visa/MC, etransfer and cash. If paying cash you must have EXACT amount as we do not have any change.
