Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by Utah Bids.
Location : Item Preview and Pickup/Removal is at a storage unit at Eagle Mountain Storage - 9469 Mount Airey Drive, Eagle Mountain, UT. Preview and Pickup will be done by appointment only. There is no admittance to the storage facility without an auction representative.
There will be a 12% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. There is an additional 3% charge for Credit Card transactions.
All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.
You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions.
Our removal/pickup times (listed below) are for each auction. Removals are allowed to be made on the (2) days following each auction.
Hours of Operation: 9:00A.M.-8:00P.M.

PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged at 4:00 PM on the last scheduled pick up day unless other payment arrangements have been made.

NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal Utah Bids is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap, padding, ropes, straps, or other equipment as needed.
Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions
All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by Utah Bids.
