Any items not claimed on those two days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Island Auction Co. with no refunds given. Pick up is done at the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, handling, shipping and delivery services are performed at the sole risk of the buyer. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up. Registered bidders will be added to our customer database & will be sent email notices of upcoming auctions. Any announcements made day of auction take precedence over printed matter. Any and all disputes resulting or arising in connection with this auction shall be heard in the general court of Dare County, North Carolina as the sole and exclusive venue. SHIPPING: Furniture Items can not be shipped by Auction Co.
