Therefore, no returns, refunds, or refusal to remove your items for our auction house, ALL SALES ARE FINAL & Irrevocable. For those that do not pick up there is a $75 restock fee on the invoice which we will charge against your card. 15% Buyers premium rate charged to bidders. We accept Cash or credit cards. Credit will be charged immediately after the auction ends. Cash discount at pick up of 2%. Pick up customers: Pick up is normally on Saturday and Sunday after the auction ends. You have until Sunday at 5pm to pick up the items. Shipping customers: Let us know up front you will need shipping on any items won. We charge a $10 Handling fee to pull your order and transport it to our 3rd party shipper. 3rd party shipper will contact you with options and you will pay him direct for shipping. If items are left for any reason past 20 days past the auction, we will charge you full price and resell you items at our convenience. Ms Bynum is reducing her inventory in the Crimson Room located in Palestine, Tx. The Crimson Room is a higher end Collectables and antique Shop. We plan at least 3 auctions over the coming months to complete the reduction and in some cases total liquidation. We will sell most of the fixtures, lamps, star wars, salt & pepper collectable sets, wine holders, lots of wrought iron items for the home, decorative items, liunch boxess - some with thermos, and so much more. We will update the items as we work our way through and update as we go. We will be adding items to the catalog until auction time. Cash or credit will be the only forms of payment we will accept. 15% buyers premium and sales tax. We will ship most items from this auction through our 3rd party shipper. Shipping will not take place until about the 9th of April . Pick up will be the 4/3 &4/4 March from 10am - 5pm.
