TO SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION 12 DELINQUENT STORAGE UNITS.
LOCATIONS OF UNITS ARE AT 1900 E. NORTH ST AND 1801 E NORTH ST KOKOMO IN.
IN AN EFFORT TO RECOUP RENTAL FEES OWED THE LESSEES

THIS AUCTION IS OUR VERSION OF "STORAGE WARS" - UNIT WILL BE OPEN AT TIME OF SALE SO BIDDERS CAN SEE INSIDE, HIGHEST BIDDER WILL PLACE THEIR LOCK ON UNIT.
A $50 REFUNDABLE CLEAN OUT DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED FOR EACH UNIT AND WHEN UNIT IS EMPTY AND SWEEP CLEAN THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED TO BUYER.
BUYERS WILL HAVE 48 HOURS TO EMPTY UNIT- IF WEATHER IS BAD MORE TIME MAY BE ALLOWED.
You, the bidder, are responsible for examining the unit(s) you wish to purchase, forming your own opinion as to the value, bidding accordingly. When examining delinquent storage units all bidders are allowed to view the unit outside. No one is allowed into the units and nothing is to be removed, picked up or handled. Keep in mind that all items are offered at auctions are sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantees.
