TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 1515 LYNCH LANE FORMAT, LOCATION AND CONDUCT OF THE AUCTION: The online auction of 1515 Lynch Lane will be held online athttps://svnauctions.bidwrangler.com/clerk/37649?item=2227997 with the start of the auction beginning on Monday, April 22nd and begins to close at 4 pm on Thursday, April 25th, 2019.  If bids are made in the final 5 minutes of the sale, the closing time will reset for 5 minutes and will continue resetting until a full five minutes passes without any additional bidding.
