PAYMENT- US Funds. Valid Visa/MC, AMEX, Discover card required to register. 20% Buyers' Premium & 5.5% sales tax applies to all items. After auction is complete credit card used at check-in will be charged complete balance due.
PICK-UP/REMOVAL- Monday, June 17th, 3pm-7pm at 830 Mapleton Rd. Mapleton, Maine 04757. If you cannot retrieve your items at this time and do not want them shipped do not bid. Any item not picked up at the set times with no prior shipping arrangements will be considered abandoned.
SHIPPING-All packing, shipping , handling and insurance costs will be determined by Gregg Auctions and charged to the buyer and invoiced within 7 days of the sale. If a piece of art requires crating the buyer is resposible for the crate purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable. All lots are sent FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on the size and value of the package and usually ship within 10 business days from receipt of payment. International packages are only sent USPS Express mail, fully insured, unless other arrangements are made. Any item that has been invoiced and not paid within 5 business days will be subject to a $30 per day storage fee and after 30 days becomes sole property of Gregg Auctions and buyer will forfeit purchase price and all fees. All shipping and packing arrangements for oversized items are the responsibility of the buyer. Do not bid an oversized item if you do not have the means to ship.

ONLINE CLOSING- 1st lot will close Thursday, June 13 at 4pm with the next lot closing 20 seconds later, then the next lot 20 seconds after that and so on. If a lot receives a bid in the last minute prior to its closing than that lot will be extended for 1 minute and not affect the closing of other lots unless they are linked. Linked lots are lots that are similar if any linked lot receives a bid in the last minute than all lots linked with that lot will be extended 1 minute. Items with a quantity greater than one are times the money (bid x quantity=price),
