You must be a registered bidder to participate in this auction. All Sales are final at the fall of the hammer, all items are sold "AS IS" with on warranty expressed or implied. Inspect all items before bidding. Cash, Good Check and Credit/Debt cards Accepted. There will be a 15% buyer's premium at this auction, a 5% discount will be applied for using cash or "good check". All state and local taxes will be added to your purchase, unless you provide us with a valid tax-exempt certificate. Announcements made on auction day take precedence over any prior announcements.
We are a licensed FFL dealer that practices due diligence and safety by mandating background checks on each firearm purchase through the action. You must be a resident of the State of Alabama and be 18 years of age to purchase long guns and ammo; 21 years of age to purchase pistols.
