All bidders must register for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. The inital registration for bidder verfication only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. Payments for purchases will be made to JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and thebuyer is fully and solely responsible for all activites that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Jon Witvoet Auctioneer cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
