Purchasing online constitutes a legal contract and promise for payment of purchases. All purchases must be paid within ten (10) days of sale date and       prior to load out or delivery of cattle purchased. 
Cowbuyer.com is a service provider and is not responsible for the activity or inactivity of any technology, internet connection at the sale site or connection and technology of the bidders.

If the purchase price is paid by an uncertified personal or business check, this release is subject to check collection.  Should the check be returned, the Sale manager reserves the right and the buyer grants to right to enter any premise where the animal(s) are housed and repossess the animal(s).  Buyer would also be responsible for all legal fees and costs associated with repossession such as transportation, boarding costs, attorney fees, health testing.
