Buyer's Premium: All items sold are subject to a 15% Buyer's Premium, which will be added to the successful bid price and will be payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. Acceptance: Final Bid is final sale and is a contract to bring sale to fruition and completion in accordance with terms. Disputes: Auction Company reserves the right to reject any bid if deemed unfit and is the final arbiter in any dispute. Auction Company assumes no responsibility for technology, software or computer failure. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of systems failures. Shipping/Crating/Packing/Handling: Everything is sold "as is, where is". No Shipping - Pickkup Only!! Pickup days are the Sunday and Monday immediately following the close of auction 11am til 1PM (Sunday) and 10am til noon (Monday) Any items not picked up within 2 weeks will be resold with no reimbursement to the original buyer.
