All paid for items must be picked up by the published time schedule. If not, the items will be deemed abandoned and become the property of Fred Wilson Auction Service LLC. Please do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items or arrange for shipping. THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE BACKS. 5. If you do not have an ST-10 on file with us you will be charged the current Virginia sales tax rate. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email completed ST-10 to fredwilsonauction@gmail.com before the auction is completed. 6. Please bring the paid receipt with you at loadout. 7. Shipping is available on certain items. All shipping and handling cost is the responsibility of the buyer. 8. This auction contains several pieces of fine Oil or Acrylic on canvas pieces of art. We will give you the size of the frame several pictures of each painting a reasonable starting bid of approximately one-third of the value of the painting, then you can decide on what to bid. Use the max bid feature so you won't be outbid without knowing. Items can be picked up at The Yard Sale LLC 9501 Warwick Boulevard Newport News, Virginia 23601. 757-812-7422. Pickup times will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 28th, Friday, March 29th or Saturday, March 30th. All items not picked up by 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 30th will become the property of The Yard Sale LLC. YOU MUST BRING whatever help, packaging, tools, totes etc. needed to retrieve your items.
