If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us: Email: doublekauctions@hotmail.com Pick up times for the March 18th - 21st auction are as follows: March 22nd (Friday) 10:00 am - 3:00 pm March 23rd (Saturday) 10:00 am - 3:00 pm March 26th (Tuesday) 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
After the auction has ended, you should receive an email within a couple of hours showing the items you won and your invoice total. If you do not receive an email, please log into your account and go to "My Account", from there you can print/view your invoice. Please keep in mind that there is also a 15% buyers premium on all lots. We accept cash, credit/debit cards ($10.00 minimum purchase, otherwise a $1.00 convenience fee will be added) and checks. Please read full auction terms and condition for more info! It is the winning bidders responsibility to load any furniture or heavy items, so please rope a family member or friend into helping you! If you cannot make any of the above pick up dates or times, you must contact us before the end of the last pick up day to schedule another day. If we do not hear from you by the end of the last pick up day, a storage fee will be incured. |
