Turn left onto Highway 635 proceeding approx. 4.7 miles until you see Ansel Road. Turn left onto Ansel Road, for 8/10 of a mile, then turn right onto Highway 3264 for approx. 7/10 of a mile. Turn left onto Irvine Road, proceeding approx. 1/2 a mile to auction site. Auction signs are posted. TERMS: Note: There will be a ten percent buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price. Terms: Real Estate - 20% deposit the day of the auction with the balance due in 30 days. All personal property items must be paid for in full the day of the auction.
