Payment must be made in full before the bidder leaves the auction site. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. All vehicles, tractors, fork lifts, and equipment should be inspected carefully by a qualified professional before operating, and all vehicles must have insurance before they can be driven off the auction site. Those paying with cash can pick up their vehicle titles on the following Friday after the auction at the Lawler Auction Facility in Shreveport, if paying with cash. All items must be removed from the auction site by 5pm on Friday, or between the hours of 9am and 5pm on Monday (March 11). However Lawler Auction Company, it's Consignors, agents, officers, owners, and employees are not to be held responsible or liable for any item left on the auction property regardless of when the items are picked up. Buyer is solely responsible for the security of the items purchased and therefore should remove items from the auction site immediately.
