This was a construction company that went out of business. This location did flood. All the power tools wereREMOVED prior to flood, larger items were not. We didn't realize this until the containers were emptied. We will have generators on location to power up any tools...we recomend you coming to open house to inspect. All items are sold "as is, where is" with NO guarantees. We described the merchandise to the best of our ability.
