This is a Storage Room Auction . Two separate 12 x 30 units. Winning bidder must take everything and sweep room. There is a $200 deposit on each room. High bidder must take complete contents of the storage room. High bidder will be given 7 days to clear unit. Auction Company can end auction if pass due rent is paid.
