Auction Terms & Conditions Bullseye Bids reserves the right to ban a bidder that violates the terms and conditions. All bidders must be at least 18 years old. All items are subject to local sales tax. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each item purchased. For example, if an item is won for $100, the buyer must pay $110 which includes the 10% buyer's premium. Motor Vehicles: A $20 title preparation fee will be added to each vehicle purchased. If payment is made prior to pick up, buyers must have a paid receipt at time of pickup or be able to show proper identification. PAYMENT/PICK UP: Payment must be received by the last scheduled pick up date at 13003 Murphy Rd Suite D-2, Stafford TX 77477 (832-350-2435). For faster pick up, payment is preferred online by clicking the link on the invoice emailed after the auction. Payment may also be accepted by cash or credit card at the time of pick-up. Please make sure you are aware of the scheduled pick up days prior to bidding. Items must be picked up on one of the scheduled pick up dates prior to bidding unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding. We understand that extenuating circumstances may prevent you from picking up your items. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible. If 14 days has passed since an item has been paid for and has not been picked up, and the buyer has made no attempts to arrange for pick up, item(s) will be deemed forfeited without notice to the bidder. All items are to be picked up at 13003 Murphy Rd Suite D-2, Stafford, TX 77477. UNPAID ITEMS: Bidders that do not pick up and pay for their items by the deadline will be banned from future auctions. Any items that are not picked up will either be relisted or returned to the owner. Do not bid if there are any reasons preventing you from fulfilling your obligation as a buyer. After the Friday following the auction, items that are not picked up will be deemed as forfeited and may be re-listed in the next auction. At times, we do not have the ability to test an item. In this case, we will not list the item as working or not working. SOFT CLOSE/BID EXTENSION: Our auction lots close by a soft close. The closing time of a lot is extended by 2 minutes when a bid is received on that lot in the last 2 minutes. This is to allow other bidders a chance to bid higher if they choose, much like a live auction. It also eliminates sniper bidding, where a bidder places a bid in the very last seconds of an auction to prevent others the opportunity to respond to the bid. STAGGER: There is a 30 second stagger between each lot. The first lot will begin ending at the designated time, the second lot 30 seconds later, and so on. This is to allow more convenient bidding as not all items end at once. PICK UP OF ITEMS: We will have at least one strong helpful male to help load up items. If you have a rather large and heavy item, we recommend a strong male (or two) come to pick up. Make sure you come prepared with the proper vehicle, straps, covers, etc to properly transport items.
