AUCTION TERMS: Manure will be sold by the ton with minimum of 100 ton. Before any manure can be removed, the following CAFO requirements must be met: 1. Nutrient Balance Sheets; 2. Current soil test within the last 3 years. Down payment of 20% at time of auction, balances to paid in 250-ton increments, or at time of final delivery of buyer’s order, whichever occurs first. An Import/Export Agreement must be completed upon settling for down payment.
Announcements made day of auction will take precedent over printed material

At traffic light, cross railroad tracks, go straight, then bear right onto Sunbury Road, go 3 blocks, turn left on Ave G, then proceed approx.. 3.2 miles. You will see a Cotner Farms Shipping & Receiving sign on right (blue w/ white chicken), turn left & follow approx.. ½ mile to Cotner Farms.
