We will begin at the 1st Location and sell in several different locations and many units for the day. Be prepared to stay most of the day. Auction time is approx and based on Auctioneer arrival. We will travel in caravan to each location. Auction to be conducted by Walt Cade TxLic# 16645 LaLic# 1726 5 Units at ad time Additional Terms: Announcements at sale time supersede all other postings and announcements. Yes Children under 16 are Allowed, and must be accompanied & supervised by an adult. All contents sold AS IS - WHERE IS. Bidding will be made from outside the threshold of each unit to be sold. Successful bidders will be required to have their own lock to be placed on the unit. Units must be emptied in the allotted time frame as announced. Payment is Cash only, No Checks, No Credit or debit cards will be accepted. Winning bids may be collected at the door or in the office, depending on facility, and are all subject to sales tax, unless a lawful sales tax exemption is on file with the Auctioneer. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse fractional bids. A unit may be pulled anytime before the auctioneer says sold if in fact it is properly redeemed by the tenant by the facility. A Cleaning deposit may or may not be required. Units must be left broom swept clean or forfeiture of deposit. If no deposit, facility may bill winning bidder for cleaning. The are no dumpster privileges. Any items of personal nature, found during removal, should be left at the office. Legal: In exchange for being allowed to view and bid at this auction, all persons in attendance agree to the maximum extent permitted by law, releases any auctioneer, the property owner, its manager, agents, employees, officers, shareholders and directors from any and all claims, causes of action or damages of any type arising in any way out of the use or entry onto this property.
