-With the exception of firearm purchases, the credit card on file will immediately be charged upon your winning bid after the auction has closed. Please ensure your credit card information is accurate and up-to-date. Payment must be received prior to the pickup day. Receipts will be emailed to winning bidders. Print out your receipt (or have it available for viewing on your mobile device) and bring it with you on pickup day. -Invoices for firearm purchases must be paid for with cash or check only. -Virginia state sales tax of 6% applies. Tax-exempt dealers must submit their information PRIOR to the auction's close. -A buyer's premium of 20% will be added to every purchase. -"Caveat Emptor:" All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Alexandria Auctions LLC makes no gaurantee, whether express or implied, with regard to a lot's condition, value, age, maker, etc. It is solely the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all purchases before bidding. -All sales are final. Alexandria Auctions offers no returns on any lot for any reason. Credit card customers may not request a chargeback for any reason. -All items must be picked up on the pickup day and during the pickup times provided. Any item not picked up on the pickup day immediately becomes sole property of Alexandria Auctions LLC. If buyer fails to pick up during the pick up times, Alexandria Auctions reserves the right to either 1) charge a reasonable late pick up fee, 2) dispose of or donate them items, 3) resell the items at a later date. Notice is given that Alexandria Auctions will not be held liable for items not picked up within the outlined pick up period. The pickup period for every auction is listed in the "Auction Details" on our website. Firearms sold in accordance with the following terms and conditions: -Alexandria Auctions LLC possesses a type 01 Federal Firearms License (FFL) and will sell all firearms in compliance with state and federal laws. -A $25 transfer fee applies per background check conducted by Alexandria Auctions for firearms in this sale. No FFL transfer fee when transfering to another FFL dealer or C&R license holder. -If you are picking up a firearm from our auction, a $2 background check fee will be applied for Virginia residents and $5 for non-residents per background check. Multiple firearms may be transferred on the same background check paperwork. This fee is charged to us by Virginia State Police to submit background check information, whether approved, denied, or otherwise. Virginia background checks are through Virginia State Police. Alexandria Auctions submits your information to Virginia State Police who make a determination. Alexandria Auctions is not given access to any information regarding the potential buyer's previous history or disqualifying factors. The only reply we receive from Virginia State Police will be approved, denied, delayed, or in research. Background checks may take a matter of minutes to a number of days depending on a person's previous history and the amount of research Virginia State Police deems necessary to make a determination. -All primary forms of identification need to be at least 30 days old and show the recipient's correct address. A copy of the DMV change of address accompanying an ID with the person's old address is acceptable. -If you don't live in Virginia, any handgun you buy will need to be shipped to a dealer in your state of residence for transfer in accordance with federal laws. -Buyers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a handgun from a federally licensed dealer (FFL). -Buyers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a long gun (rifle or shotgun) from a federally licensed dealer (FFL). -All handguns must be transferred to an FFL dealer in the customer's state of residence. -Long guns can be purchased and transferred to a resident of any state in any state if the transfer is legal in both the purchaser's state and the state in which the transfer is taking place (Virginia). -All customers who do not have an FFL are required by law to complete the federal form 4473 and pass the required Brady Act background check process before a firearm can be transferred by an FFL dealer. -Buying a firearm for a prohibited person is a crime. These acts, commonly known as "straw purchases" are illegal. -Potential buyers that have been found guilty of a felony or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year are ineligible to purchase a firearm. -Non-citizens: Resident aliens will need to furnish their green card during the background check process. -Alexandria Auctions, LLC reserves the right to duplicate any identification presented during the background check process. -Forms filled out for background checks are property of the Federal Government and the state of Virginia. No copies will be furnished to potential buyers. -Making false statements on the Virginia SP65 form or Federal 4473 form is a crime and may result in arrest or imprisonment. -If you are unsure whether you would pass a background check or not, inquire with Virginia State Police before completing background check paperwork. -We are not set up with the state of California for firearms transfers so at this time no firearms will be shipped to California. -Curio & Relic firearms (commonly known as C&R firearms) will be transferred in accordance with all federal and state laws. If you have a valid and in-date C&R license, it will need to be presented before the buyer can receive their item(s). C&R eligible firearms are 50+ years old or on the ATF's curio and relic list. No exceptions. -Maryland Residents: MD residents can purchase any non-regulated long guns here in Virginia (MD Code 5-204:5-123;124) or get them shipped to a Maryland FFL dealer. There is a list of approved firearms for Maryland residents. Know if a firearm is compliant in your state before placing a bid. No bids will be cancelled and no refunds will be made. -Second form of ID: Virginia residents do not need a second form of ID to buy a firearm here in Virginia. Anyone seeking to take possession of a firearm must furnish a second form of identification with the same address as the primary photo ID. Acceptable second forms of ID include vehicle registrations or titles, voter ID card, unopened mail, or checkbook. This is a Virginia requirement. -DC residents: All firearms being transferred to Washington, DC residents must go through CS Exchange. No in-person transfer of firearms will be allowed to residents of Washington, DC. -Military: Those currently serving in the US military and stationed here in Virginia are considered -Virginia residents. A copy of the military ID will be required as well as the duty orders showing the person is stationed at a base here in Virginia. An valid picture ID from any state accompanying the duty orders and military ID is required to transfer items to members of the military without a Virginia driver's license or Virginia ID card. A military spouse/dependent is not considered a Virginia resident for the purposes of firearm transfers without possessing a Virginia driver's license or ID card. -Be mindful of possible magazine capacity restrictions in your state. Virginia has no capacity restrictions but the magazines included with certain firearms may not be compliant in your state of residence. We will not send items to places where they are prohibited by law. -When purchasing a firearm from our auction, keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying shipping charges (a minimum of $20 per firearm) and that your receiving dealer in your area will most likely charge you a transfer fee for receiving your item and conducting your background check. -Shipping of firearms will be handled by Alexandria Auctions, LLC. -No delivery is offered or available on any items in this auction. -All items are being sold as-is and are described to the best of our ability. Any firearm should be inspected by a competent gunsmith for safe operation before being fired. No warranties or claims will be made as to the durability, fitness, accuracy, or usefulness of any items featured in the auction. -A buyer's premium of 20% will be added to winning bid prices. 6% state sales tax applies to in-person pickup of items. -Any lots not picked up will be become the property of Alexandria Auctions, LLC with no consideration made to the buyer. -In the event that a buyer is denied by Virginia State Police during the background check process, no refunds will be made. No FFL transfer fee when transfering to another FFL dealer or C&R license holder. -If you are picking up a firearm from our auction, a $2 background check fee will be applied for Virginia residents and $5 for non-residents per background check. Multiple firearms may be transferred on the same background check paperwork. This fee is charged to us by Virginia State Police to submit background check information, whether approved, denied, or otherwise. Virginia background checks are through Virginia State Police. Alexandria Auctions submits your information to Virginia State Police who make a determination. Alexandria Auctions is not given access to any information regarding the potential buyer's previous history or disqualifying factors. The only reply we receive from Virginia State Police will be approved, denied, delayed, or in research. Background checks may take a matter of minutes to a number of days depending on a person's previous history and the amount of research Virginia State Police deems necessary to make a determination. -All primary forms of identification need to be at least 30 days old and show the recipient's correct address. A copy of the DMV change of address accompanying an ID with the person's old address is acceptable. -If you don't live in Virginia, any handgun you buy will need to be shipped to a dealer in your state of residence for transfer in accordance with federal laws. -Buyers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a handgun from a federally licensed dealer (FFL). -Buyers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a long gun (rifle or shotgun) from a federally licensed dealer (FFL). -All handguns must be transferred to an FFL dealer in the customer's state of residence. -Long guns can be purchased and transferred to a resident of any state in any state if the transfer is legal in both the purchaser's state and the state in which the transfer is taking place (Virginia). -All customers who do not have an FFL are required by law to complete the federal form 4473 and pass the required Brady Act background check process before a firearm can be transferred by an FFL dealer. -Buying a firearm for a prohibited person is a crime. These acts, commonly known as "straw purchases" are illegal. -Potential buyers that have been found guilty of a felony or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year are ineligible to purchase a firearm. -Non-citizens: Resident aliens will need to furnish their green card during the background check process. -Alexandria Auctions, LLC reserves the right to duplicate any identification presented during the background check process. -Forms filled out for background checks are property of the Federal Government and the state of Virginia. No copies will be furnished to potential buyers. -Making false statements on the Virginia SP65 form or Federal 4473 form is a crime and may result in arrest or imprisonment. -If you are unsure whether you would pass a background check or not, inquire with Virginia State Police before completing background check paperwork. -We are not set up with the state of California for firearms transfers so at this time no firearms will be shipped to California. -Curio & Relic firearms (commonly known as C&R firearms) will be transferred in accordance with all federal and state laws. If you have a valid and in-date C&R license, it will need to be presented before the buyer can receive their item(s). C&R eligible firearms are 50+ years old or on the ATF's curio and relic list. No exceptions. -Maryland Residents: MD residents can purchase any non-regulated long guns here in Virginia (MD Code 5-204:5-123;124) or get them shipped to a Maryland FFL dealer. There is a list of approved firearms for Maryland residents. Know if a firearm is compliant in your state before placing a bid. No bids will be cancelled and no refunds will be made. -Second form of ID: Virginia residents do not need a second form of ID to buy a firearm here in Virginia. Anyone seeking to take possession of a firearm must furnish a second form of identification with the same address as the primary photo ID. Acceptable second forms of ID include vehicle registrations or titles, voter ID card, unopened mail, or checkbook. This is a Virginia requirement. -DC residents: All firearms being transferred to Washington, DC residents must go through CS Exchange. No in-person transfer of firearms will be allowed to residents of Washington, DC. -Military: Those currently serving in the US military and stationed here in Virginia are considered -Virginia residents. A copy of the military ID will be required as well as the duty orders showing the person is stationed at a base here in Virginia. An valid picture ID from any state accompanying the duty orders and military ID is required to transfer items to members of the military without a Virginia driver's license or Virginia ID card. A military spouse/dependent is not considered a Virginia resident for the purposes of firearm transfers without possessing a Virginia driver's license or ID card. -Be mindful of possible magazine capacity restrictions in your state. Virginia has no capacity restrictions but the magazines included with certain firearms may not be compliant in your state of residence. We will not send items to places where they are prohibited by law. -When purchasing a firearm from our auction, keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying shipping charges (a minimum of $20 per firearm) and that your receiving dealer in your area will most likely charge you a transfer fee for receiving your item and conducting your background check. -Shipping of firearms will be handled by Alexandria Auctions, LLC. -No delivery is offered or available on any items in this auction. -All items are being sold as-is and are described to the best of our ability. Any firearm should be inspected by a competent gunsmith for safe operation before being fired. Firearms sold in accordance with the following terms and conditions: -Alexandria Auctions LLC possesses a type 01 Federal Firearms License (FFL) and will sell all firearms in compliance with state and federal laws. -A $25 transfer fee applies per background check conducted by Alexandria Auctions for firearms in this sale. No FFL transfer fee when transfering to another FFL dealer or C&R license holder. -If you are picking up a firearm from our auction, a $2 background check fee will be applied for Virginia residents and $5 for non-residents per background check. Multiple firearms may be transferred on the same background check paperwork. This fee is charged to us by Virginia State Police to submit background check information, whether approved, denied, or otherwise. Virginia background checks are through Virginia State Police. Alexandria Auctions submits your information to Virginia State Police who make a determination. Alexandria Auctions is not given access to any information regarding the potential buyer's previous history or disqualifying factors. The only reply we receive from Virginia State Police will be approved, denied, delayed, or in research. Background checks may take a matter of minutes to a number of days depending on a person's previous history and the amount of research Virginia State Police deems necessary to make a determination. -All primary forms of identification need to be at least 30 days old and show the recipient's correct address. A copy of the DMV change of address accompanying an ID with the person's old address is acceptable. -If you don't live in Virginia, any handgun you buy will need to be shipped to a dealer in your state of residence for transfer in accordance with federal laws. -Buyers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a handgun from a federally licensed dealer (FFL). -Buyers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a long gun (rifle or shotgun) from a federally licensed dealer (FFL). -All handguns must be transferred to an FFL dealer in the customer's state of residence. -Long guns can be purchased and transferred to a resident of any state in any state if the transfer is legal in both the purchaser's state and the state in which the transfer is taking place (Virginia). -All customers who do not have an FFL are required by law to complete the federal form 4473 and pass the required Brady Act background check process before a firearm can be transferred by an FFL dealer. -Buying a firearm for a prohibited person is a crime. These acts, commonly known as "straw purchases" are illegal. -Potential buyers that have been found guilty of a felony or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year are ineligible to purchase a firearm. -Non-citizens: Resident aliens will need to furnish their green card during the background check process. -Alexandria Auctions, LLC reserves the right to duplicate any identification presented during the background check process. -Forms filled out for background checks are property of the Federal Government and the state of Virginia. No copies will be furnished to potential buyers. -Making false statements on the Virginia SP65 form or Federal 4473 form is a crime and may result in arrest or imprisonment. -If you are unsure whether you would pass a background check or not, inquire with Virginia State Police before completing background check paperwork. -We are not set up with the state of California for firearms transfers so at this time no firearms will be shipped to California. -Curio & Relic firearms (commonly known as C&R firearms) will be transferred in accordance with all federal and state laws. If you have a valid and in-date C&R license, it will need to be presented before the buyer can receive their item(s). C&R eligible firearms are 50+ years old or on the ATF's curio and relic list. No exceptions. -Maryland Residents: MD residents can purchase any non-regulated long guns here in Virginia (MD Code 5-204:5-123;124) or get them shipped to a Maryland FFL dealer. There is a list of approved firearms for Maryland residents. Know if a firearm is compliant in your state before placing a bid. No bids will be cancelled and no refunds will be made. -Second form of ID: Virginia residents do not need a second form of ID to buy a firearm here in Virginia. Anyone seeking to take possession of a firearm must furnish a second form of identification with the same address as the primary photo ID. Acceptable second forms of ID include vehicle registrations or titles, voter ID card, unopened mail, or checkbook. This is a Virginia requirement. -DC residents: All firearms being transferred to Washington, DC residents must go through CS Exchange. No in-person transfer of firearms will be allowed to residents of Washington, DC. -Military: Those currently serving in the US military and stationed here in Virginia are considered -Virginia residents. A copy of the military ID will be required as well as the duty orders showing the person is stationed at a base here in Virginia. An valid picture ID from any state accompanying the duty orders and military ID is required to transfer items to members of the military without a Virginia driver's license or Virginia ID card. A military spouse/dependent is not considered a Virginia resident for the purposes of firearm transfers without possessing a Virginia driver's license or ID card. -Be mindful of possible magazine capacity restrictions in your state. Virginia has no capacity restrictions but the magazines included with certain firearms may not be compliant in your state of residence. We will not send items to places where they are prohibited by law. -When purchasing a firearm from our auction, keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying shipping charges (a minimum of $20 per firearm) and that your receiving dealer in your area will most likely charge you a transfer fee for receiving your item and conducting your background check. -Shipping of firearms will be handled by Alexandria Auctions, LLC. -No delivery is offered or available on any items in this auction. -All items are being sold as-is and are described to the best of our ability. Any firearm should be inspected by a competent gunsmith for safe operation before being fired. No warranties or claims will be made as to the durability, fitness, accuracy, or usefulness of any items featured in the auction. -A buyer's premium of 20% will be added to winning bid prices. 6% state sales tax applies to in-person pickup of items. -Any lots not picked up will be become the property of Alexandria Auctions, LLC with no consideration made to the buyer. -In the event that a buyer is denied by Virginia State Police during the background check process, no refunds will be made.
