Terms and Conditions: *Everything Sold "AS IS WHERE IS" no Warranty implied or expressed. *All items must be paid for by or at the end of the sale AND Removed Day of sale unless otherwise agreed to by the Auctioneer and/or seller. *All Terms and conditions read the day of sale will supersede any and all other terms and conditions. *Auctioneer will have final say with any and all disputes that may arise with any bidder(s). *All bidders must Register with the Cashier at the sale and have a bidder number assigned to them. Anyone not Registered with the Cashier on Sale day will not be allowed to bid/buy any items at the auction. *Seller has the right to accept or reject any high bid on any item(s) and/or set reserves on an item(s) that they see fit. *Some items may be sold as a "Yes or No" from the seller.* We Accept Cash, Credit Cards, Or GOOD Checks.*Lorain County Sales Tax (6.75%) will be added to all Invoices unless Tax Exempt Is on File in Our Office **13% Buyers Premium will be added to the final total of the buyer with a 3% Discount for Cash or Good Check.
