This Online bidding system is set to start closing at 7:00 PM Monday, December 3 & will close 1 items every minute with 3 minute bidding extensions. Meaning, if a bid is placed on a specific item in the last 5 minutes. Only that item will extend 3 minutes, not all items in that bidding group.

All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc. Please don’t assume items are certain size if not specified in description.

Payment: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $110.00. Payment will be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) any buyer’s total invoice over $3,000.00 will require a wire transfer. Unless prior arrangements have been made. No Exceptions. By agreeing to our terms you are allowing us to charge your credit card following the Auction.

Preview: (Keep in mind not all Auctions have a preview) Preview is an “open house” to allow our customers to inspect the items before they bid or buy Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item. Pickup: All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s) Friday, December 7 from 12-5:00 pm. Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions & will be handled at our discretion.(unless other arrangements have been made) Kaufman Realty & Auctions reserves the right to ban or refuse to do business with anyone they feel unqualified or does not follow the terms agreed to.

Mobile Home Terms: Payment Terms are 10% of purchase price due on day of auction with the remainder due within 30-45 days to make room for financing. Sold AS-IS with NO contingencies. Removal: It is the buyers responsibility to remove the mobile home from the property within 6 months from date of auction or sooner. No occupancy of the home until it is removed from property.

Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading. Don't bring a Pinto to take home a bedroom suite, please. Kaufman Realty & Auctions is not responsible for any computer or Technical errors.
