Located at 1166 Lafayette Rd. Medina, OH 44256. Approx. 2.5 mi. southwest of Medina public square, or ½ mile west of Lake Rd. on Lafayette Rd. (Rt. 42).

Contents of (3) Storage Units: Items include Household items. Motorcycle; motorcycle parts; riding mower; furniture; table saw; industrial items; vehicle radiators; appliances; cabinets (list provided by Stor-It of Medina. Auctioneer has not seen contents). Bidders will have approx. 2 minutes to inspect the contents of unit (from outside only) before bidding begins. Each unit will be sold as one entire lot. List is subject to change until the auction begins.
Terms: CASH ONLY. $200 cleanout deposit per unit will be added to the purchase price, and will be returned to purchaser upon complete cleanout out the unit. Deposit will be forfeited by buyer if unit is not completely cleaned out BEFORE Saturday, December 1, 2018.
