Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges. 10. No buyers shall trade any items on the auction premises. 11. Any items not picked up shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND. 12. LIABILITY OF BUYERS AT PICKUP: Buyers assume liability for any injuries sustained at pickup site (residential and/or commerical).
