TERMS Firearms Regulations Pick up and transfers will be handled by B&N Hunting Sports in Bowling Green, Ohio. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction, and buyer is also responsible to pay transfer fee of $20 PER firearm purchased at time of pick-up. Non-Resident Buyers Residents outside of Ohio must furnish a licensed firearms dealer in your state. We will ship your firearm to that dealer, at the buyer's expense. Terms for Firearms Auctions All firearms are sold "as-is," without any warranty or guarantees by the seller or the auction company, expressed or implied. The description given during the auction is provided only for informational purposes. All firearms sales are subject to successful background checks, without exception. The following regulations apply to all firearms sales: " Long Gun Buyers Must Be At Least 18 Years Old " Hand Gun Buyers Must Be At Least 21 Years Old Background Checks Background checks will be performed by B&N Hunting Sports at pick-up. If you are approved, we can proceed with the transaction and you can take the firearm with you. If it's delayed, you cannot have possession of the firearm until you've been approved, which usually occurs within three business days. If you are denied, all of your money will be refunded (minus a $20.00 processing fee). -MAKE SURE YOUR PAYMENT ACCOUNT INFO IS UP TO DATE AND WILL PROCESS IMMEDIATELY AT CONCLUSION OF AUCTION. YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM SITE IF YOUR PAYMENT IS DECLINED MULTIPLE TIMES. GENERAL TERMS: The auction will be conducted by Don Rose Auctioneers, LLC d/b/a Don Rose Auctioneers (Auctioneer) on behalf of the owners of the property, referred to as the Seller. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of Seller. The auction shall be governed by the terms set forth herein (the agreement), and any additional terms and conditions that are posted concerning the specific property. Auctioneer is released for any claims to actual damage to the property sold and/or consequential damages that may result from the sale of defective property. Auctioneer uses email mailing lists to notify customers about online and live auctions. Customers who do not wish to be notified should contact the office of the Auctioneer and request removal from the email mailing list. Bidder is responsible for security of his/her bidding number/user name and password, and any and all bids placed under the assigned number/ID. Auctioneer should be notified immediately if Bidder believes number and/or password have been compromised. Upon sale of property, identifying information and purchase amount will be posted for a designated period of time. All questions or disputes must be resolved immediately; no changes or adjustments will be made at a later date. Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen bidding. Auctioneer decisions will be final. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment must be made in full by the Buyer in the form of CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY at time of pick-up. If you choose to use a credit card, there will be an additional 5% convenience fee added. If you fail to attend pick-up, your items may be forfeited and your credit card on file will be charged for the full amount without refund. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged upon making payment for property. NO EXCEPTIONS! REMOVAL OF PROPERTY / SHIPPING TERMS: Buyer assumes full responsibility of property at time of purchase, and all risk of loss and damage to property. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of Buyer and shall be conducted by a third party of choice. Seller and Auctioneer agree that property may remain on the sale premises for a period of time following the sale.
