Unit must be completely emptied within 72 business hours of close of auction. Access to the unit will only be given during business store hours. Dumpsters are not available on site. A $100 CASH cleaning fee will be assessed when unit is paid for, this will be returned upon mgmt. verifying unit has been emptied out completely. If Unit is not emptied in noted time frame, you will be obligated to pay a full month of storage. We do not prorate the rent. If you choose to rent the unit, you must contact the location to complete a contract in your name. CASH ONLY will be accepted at the location. Hampel Road Storage exercises neither care, custody nor control over the stored property. Gate access facility. Buyer must secure unit with a lock. The Owner and the Owners employees and agents are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any property stored in the space regardless of the cause of the loss or damage.
