Jennifer Holliday is the Managing Broker, and Owner of Assured Realty Solutions. She has been working in the real estate profession for over 20 years. Jennifer is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and Wisconsin Realtors Association. She has obtained many Designations that include completing her GRI (Graduate Realtors Institution) her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative). She has also obtained her MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and BPOR (Brokers Price Opinion Resource) certifications. Jennifer oversees auctions from the initial organization and procuring of items to the end sale. In 2008 she also attended higher learning; America’s Auction Academy where she earned the honorary title of Colonel and diploma, from President Mike Jones. Her specialties range from the examination of bar/restaurant equipment, personal property estates, real estate at auction, and a benefit Auctioneer. She has been an innovator in the community for being the change in real estate, and auction. She is a member of the National Auctioneers Association. She also obtained her AARE (Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate) in Designation Academy. She is a member of the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association, Illinois Auctioneer Association, Minnesota Auctioneers Association, and Texas Auctioneer Association. Jennifer’s experience has resulted in many successful sales. Property Management, Asset Management, bank REO sales, along with single family, farms, vacant land, and commercial properties.
