RIVERBEND AUCTIONS doesn’t merely “go through the motions” of holding an auction.
To earn our fee, we take whatever steps are necessary in order to GET RESULTS for you.
 

When Riverbend Auctions says, “We sell the earth and everything on it”, that is more than a phrase. The last several years we have sold at public auction millions of dollars of real estate, personal property and antiques. We offer all that follows, plus more at a competitive rate.

Our full service auction and real estate team offers the following:

HARD-WORKING SERVICE:
Not all auction companies are the same! Before choosing someone to sell for you, consider; “Who will work the hardest for you?” Don’t allow the lowest commission rate to do your choosing. Select the company that will work the hardest to get you the most. This is your most important auction, and that is how we will handle it.

FULL TIME SERVICE:
We are a full time, not a part time, auction and real estate company

35+ years combined experience in the auction and  real estate sales business.

FACILITIES:
Whether on location or at an alternate site, we are prepared for a successful auction. For outside auctions, we have large tents to protect your items. We have folding tables and chairs, furniture vans, wireless P.A. systems, plus a well experienced auction team. We believe in catering to both the seller and buyer. We offer a full range of services including clean up after the auction, storage, and even shipping and delivering. We also have food catering available at all auctions.

COMPUTERIZED AUCTION SERVICE:
We have a state of the art computer system, especially designed for the auction and real estate business. This allows us to catalog and inventory your auction.

DYNAMIC MARKETING STRATEGIES:
Target marketing using our advertising staff. Local, regional, even national advertising is possible.

Brochures: We prefer photographs to help promote your auction. Nationally recognized award winners at Auctioneers Associations.800 Phone Service: Riverbend uses a toll free number to promote your auction.Previews: Whenever possible, we promote previews before auction day. this will gain extra interest.

TRAINING:
We believe that a fully trained auction team is essential to a professional run auction. Our complete auction team has numerous hours of hands on education every year. The auction business is constantly changing and we travel many miles a year to keep informed.

FREE AUCTION CONSULTATION:
Years of experience in the auction and antique market. You will know in advance and in detail all the procedures we intend to implement on your behalf to insure a successful auction. Written proposals are available for most any type of auction.
