Best auction house in Metro Detroit.

I feel the need to take the time to write a review about Justin and Coughlin's Auction House. This will be a lengthy review, sorry I have been on Hibid for about a month buying different items, usually, sports cards and memorabilia snd 3 different auction houses totally lied to me and sent me total junk. Empty boxes, boxes missing half the cards and all the star players, etc and I lost about 1k on these 3 buys so I was very nervous about trusting any auction house on Hibid and was about to give up buying anything else. I thought they were all scammers! I was 0 for 3. Then I bought a card lot through Hibid on one of Coufhlin's auctions. And, I ended up paying over $600 for it and ended up having regrets about losing even more money. So, I called Coughlin's and I ended up speaking to Justin. He offered to not ship the items and relist them to see if I could get my money if I was having 2nd thoughts. Then I asked him to go through one of the boxes which is the only box I wanted out of the 9 boxes in the lot and he told me he would get back to me within a week. He called me back within 10 minutes and told me the box contained the Derek Jeter rookie card which is exactly the card I wanted and why I took a chance a spent over $600 on a random unseen lot of boxes. He told me there were a bunch of cards in the one box he thought were valuable and he was correct. I just got the boxes today, the shipping was extremely fast and I got it within a few days. My son was thrilled when he opened the box and found the Jeter rookie card. I have no doubt that a lot of auction houses would have said nothing and kept the Jeter rookie card for themselves along with the other valuable cards in the box, but Justin kept his word. And, not only that but he looked immediately vs the week he said it would take because he knew I was nervous that I got scammed, again and he wanted me to enjoy my weekend. So. I am sure he had better things to do with his time, but he was more concerned with taking away my stress So, in conclusion, with Coughlin's and Justin you are dealing with 1st class people, an honest auction house, and a place that will go out of it'd way to make you feel comfortable. Plus, extremely fast shipping. Thank you Justin. Total class and a great place to buy from for those of you that are looking for an honest and reputable place to purchase items. I can't thank Justin and Coughlin's enough. They made my son's day and nothing beats that!! Sorry for the long review, but I am just so happy to finally find an honest auction house after being fleeced by the first 3 I did business with with all 3 never returning my emails or phone calls. I'm relatively new to online auctions. Coughlins is my favorite site for several reasons. Number one is honesty when it comes disclosure of imperfections on items. The staff is friendly, helpful and understanding. Shout out to Tracy! Hours are consistent as well as pick up dates. I have never regretted any purchase I made at Coughlins. Coughlin's has, IMHO the best on line actions anywhere. Why? Easy, clear bidding procedures, and instructions . A simple and straight forward user interface for bidding so you always know where you stand and great outcomes. Most importantly they auction high quality, rare and sought after items. They are a pleasure to deal with. But don't tell anyone. I don't want the bidding competition coming to their auctions.
