Inspection Information (see notes in this lot's description)
Inspect before you buy and know what you're buying. Some items look almost new while others show signs of wear and tear. You are the sole and final judge on what the equipment and items are worth when you bid on them and purchase them. We did not get to see the equipment running so we do not know if they work as they should. Please come to the preview to look, inspect, and test whatever equipment you are interested in. If you have questions, we will try and get answers for you. The building is being sold and we are on an limited timeframe to allow for item pickup. Make sure you have the right equipment and personnel to pickup what you purchase.

There are no returns/exchanges or refunds. If items are not picked up during the specified pickup times, the buyer acknowledges that they will lose all ownership rights on those items and that no refunds will be given.
