Through the sliding doors is a lanai with a view of palm trees, furnished with sofa, chairs, TV, accent tables, and decoratives.  Outside the lanai is a small porch with railing; sit and enjoy the breeze or sunset.

The first bedroom is furnished with twin beds, and pretty pastel furniture, and has a good-sized walk-in closet.

The master suite has French Provencial furnishings: a queen bed, night stands, glass-top dresser, tower bookshelf.  Also, a vintage settee and extra chairs, TVs, full-length mirror.  The master suite includes a small area for a computer workstation, and has a large walk-in closet with lots of storage space. 

The master bathroom has a shower, and everything needed including a medicine cabinet.

In the hallway is a linen closet, and a walk-in closet for utility items (this would even make a hobby room for small sit-down projects).

Furnished with decorative touches (including an iconic seashell lamp!) and collectible décor (even some antiques), plus rugs, bedding, towels - all are included.  Keep everything as-is or change things around to suit your tastes.  Either way, this home is move-in-ready, and you can take your time with updating while still living here.

Most rooms have ceiling fans, and the color scheme is light and bright with an airy Florida feel.

Condition:  Of course, this mobile home is aging, and has issues that go along with that.  Come inspect the property if you can.  We noticed sagging floors in some spots, water damage in a few spaces in the ceiling.  Wallpaper is starting to peel.  The owner says most of this is from Hurricane Irma last year.  However, on a positive note, the roof has just been professionally repaired.  The owner says it was under warranty when Irma struck, and has been brought back up to standards now.
