Kidron, OH 44636 (10 mi. east of Wooster or 1 mi. east of Rt. 57 on US-30, then south 4 mi. on Kidron Rd. and west 1/10 mi. on Emerson Rd.) Auction held inside with heat and plenty of parking. Antiques: Many pieces of primitive furniture including cupboards, chests, chairs, tables, and more; old baskets; blue stoneware water cooler; old signs and advertising pieces; iron dog doorstop; old dolls; wooden buckets; copper ware; enamelware pitchers & bowls; vintage and modern toys; wooden boxes & crates; large amount of costume jewelry; milk cans; farm primitives; china & glassware; 100s of unlisted antique & primitive items. Check online before the day before the auction for updated list & new pictures, or stop by the day before the sale from 1 to 3 PM to preview items.
NOTE: The first Gorfido auction was held in January at the Sprunger building. This auction contains the same types of items. The basement, garage, and most of house are still packed with boxes that need to be gone through. Items listed are just what can be seen on the surface. This is the last auction we’ll haul to the Sprunger building…final auction will be held onsite in Medina on Sat. June 9.
